attuned to user issues and how the products are used

Problems may be reported 24 hours a day, seven days
a week and we provide critical call coverage (by beeper)
around the clock. Our regular customer support hours
are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Most calls
during normal hours are responded to within 30-60 minutes.
