Customer Support

Byers provides direct support for all our products by phone and e-mail. Our experienced support staff has an average of eight years experience and is very much attuned to user issues and how the products are used in the field.

Problems may be reported 24 hours a day, seven days a week and we provide critical call coverage (by beeper) around the clock. Our regular customer support hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Most calls during normal hours are responded to within 30-60 minutes.

Our maximum response time policy is as follows. Note: Customer sets priority.

Status: Technical Response Within:
Critical (Customer operation is down) Two (2) normal working hours
High (Customer operation severely restricted) Four (4) normal working hours
Normal (Overall operations not severely impacted) Six (6) normal working hours
Minor (Minimal effect on customer operation) Eight (8) normal working hours
