Byers Engineering Company Acquires Randstad
Communications
Atlanta, GA, April 2, 2007 - - Byers
Engineering Company (BEC) announced today
that it has completed its acquisition of
Randstad Communications (RC) from Randstad
North America (RNA).
Privately held and Atlanta based BEC has
been providing technical services and software
products to its utility clients since 1971.
Current employment is 400 with offices from
New Jersey to Texas.
RC is a California based utility technical
services subsidiary of RNA with approximately
550 employees.
In commenting on the transaction, Tim Parker,
president of BEC’s Engineering Division,
said, “The firm is thrilled to be
adding RC’s talent to our existing
resources for providing important services
to our clients. We now have a true national
footprint.”
